NZYC 2025 - AT THE DOOR will be held from the 6th-9th February 2025 in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The venue will be at the Canterbury Caledonian Society, located at 5 Michelle Road, Wigram, Christchurch 8042.

To attend the whole conference, below are the prices:
Early Bird Registration:
Available from 24th August to 8th December, until 7:00 PM
Cost: $100.00 (plus booking and payment fees)
Includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
Standard Registration:
Available from 8th December to 23rd January, until 7:00 PM
Cost: $120.00 (plus booking and payment fees)
Includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
Late Registration:
Starts from 23rd January onwards
Cost: $150.00 (plus booking and payment fees)
Meals are not included
Sabbath Day Access with Meals:
Available from 8th December to 23rd January, until 7:00 PM
Cost: $30 for meals (plus booking fees)
Registration is required
Includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
Sabbath Day Access without Meals:
Available from 23rd January onwards
No registration cost
Registration is required
Meals are not included

Sabbath programming is free all day Saturday. If you plan to attend during this time, please complete a registration, and select the free Sabbath Day Access Only event ticket option.
The Friday evening and Sunday morning programs are not free to attend.
There are no free meals provided on Sabbath.

The best and easiest ways to get to NZYC 2025 from your accommodation in Christchurch are to hire a car, travel by Uber, or arrange a carpool with a friend!
Canterbury Caledonian Society has limited parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, there is ample street parking in the surrounding area. Please be sure to check the signages for any parking restrictions.

If you choose not to rent a car, there are convenient transportation options available:
Uber: You can use Uber for on-demand rides around Christchurch. It's a flexible and easy way to get to your destination.
Christchurch Metro: The local public transport system offers buses that cover various routes throughout the city and surrounding areas. For schedules and route information, visit Christchurch Metro.

All meals served at the conference will be plant-based. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and refreshments) are included in the registration. Please specify any dietary requirements or allergies on the online registration form before 23rd January 2025, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that NZYC is not liable for any issues resulting from inaccurate declarations and cannot guarantee a meal if dietary requirements are not specified correctly or if notified after the deadline.

If you're unable to take advantage of the free meals, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The Landing, just a 3-minute drive away, offers a wide variety of food choices and also features a local grocery store, New World.

NZYC 2025 Conference registration fees and exhibit fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the registrant should notify NZYC asap, but no refund will be given.
